These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of apragroupllc.com and the services of Apra Group LLC, including the INKOMNIUM platform. By using our Site or services, you agree to these Terms.
Apra Group LLC is a Florida limited liability company located at 2320 Ali Baba Ave, Opa-Locka, FL 33054, USA.
Apra Group provides digital strategy and B2B commerce services and operates INKOMNIUM, a subscription-based booking and management platform for U.S. tattoo studios.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials.
INKOMNIUM is offered on a recurring (monthly) subscription. Fees are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing with prior notice.
Studios that use INKOMNIUM to accept payments from their own clients do so through their own payment accounts and are the merchant of record for those transactions. The studio, not Apra Group/INKOMNIUM, is solely responsible for those charges, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and disputes with its clients. Apra Group/INKOMNIUM does not hold or control end-client funds.
Studios are responsible for their own legal compliance, including client consent/waivers, health and safety, recordkeeping, and applicable taxes. INKOMNIUM provides tools (such as waiver templates and tax handling) to assist, but this does not constitute legal, tax, or compliance advice, and studios remain responsible for their operations.
You agree not to misuse the services, including any unlawful use, infringing the rights of others, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the services, or uploading harmful content.
The Site, INKOMNIUM, and related content are owned by Apra Group LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services in accordance with these Terms. Data you enter remains yours.
The services rely on third parties (such as Stripe). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.
To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apra Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability arising from the services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apra Group LLC from claims arising out of your use of the services or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the services for violation of these Terms or as required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Florida shall have jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
